If you are a client whose website abetter.host hosts or maintains:
- You are the data controller for any personal data your visitors provide through your site
- abetter.host is the data processor acting on your behalf
- We access your site and its data only as needed to perform the services you hired us for
- We do not independently collect, analyze, or monetize data from your visitors
- You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy for your website and for complying with applicable privacy laws
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at privacy@abetter.host and we will delete it promptly.
10. Third-Party Links
